We are looking for a product designer who will bring his/her creative touch and experience and help us ship an up to scale product portfolio.
You are detail-oriented, advocate of the user-centered approach with a can-do attitude, you thrive in creating impact through aware design.

Responsabilities:
You will…

• work closely with your the product manager and development team all along the development cycle namely: user research and discovery, prototyping, validation of usability and feasibility and creating production ready design,
• work closely with the team and the end-users in order to hone our product and deliver the best possible user experience that is,
• articulate design decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data,
• push creativity to the next level via challenging the status quo and identifying areas of improvement,
• gather quantitative and qualitative data from concept and design testing,
• bring the customer needs and expectations to the table via incorporating it into your design,
• create reusable and durable components and patterns in order to enhance the user experience and its relationship to our product,
• report and present design developments including status updates and results.

Essentials:
You…

• have at a minimum a bachelor degree in product design related field such as human-computer interaction, interaction design, psychology, or anything related to user behavior,
• are Design-savvy with minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position,
• are expert in design tools. You like to design products that are widely adopted by end users, both professionals & public,
• have a proven track record of delivering high quality user centered products on time and on budget. Maybe you have a portfolio ? A personal project ? We would love to take a look!
• are a team player: You have worked on software projects with multiple stakeholders. You can easily function with a cross functional team,
• are a good communicator: You are able to clearly communicate your ideas, work and results to your team members, senior managers and third parties,
• are proficient in English, French is a plus: you can conduct meetings and produce documents easily. English is our business language,
• are autonomous, highly curious, thorough and have an Agile mindset.

Preferred:

• You live by the 10 commandments of Dieter Rams!
• Prior experience in Healthcare
