We are looking as of now for a hands-on, reliable and creative Brand & Content Manager to lead our content creation and increase our notoriety in Germany. The brand and content specialist should have a passion for the digital media landscape, have an entrepreneurial mindset and be enthusiastic about other people as well as fashion and beauty trends.

YOUR DAILY TASKS AT A GLANCE

Strategic & entrepreneurial thinking

• Identify trends, lead brand operations and create engaging content to get the word out about My Little Box
• Analyse performance, brainstorm new and creative brand strategies and optimize our communication channels
• You are up-to-date with the latest beauty and fashion trends, able to adapt them to our German business and to think outside the box
• You find suitable partners with whom you implement branding cooperations
• You are responsible for the brand budget in alignment with the Country Manager Germany

Content creation

• Responsible for conceptualization, creation and programmation of content for our Social Media, newsletters, our blog and prints while meeting the deadlines
• Adapt and update website content and create landing pages for special operations

Interdisciplinary projects

• Create briefings for our Artistic Director of Image Production for the monthly photo shootings
• Work closely with all departments including our copywriter, graphic designer, Growth Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, Country Manager as well as the French Teams (especially the Product and the Marketing Teams)

• Experience in a similar role or similar activities
• Highly eloquent in German (written and spoken). Perfect spelling and grammar are a must.
• Fluent in English or even French
• You have a strong sense for aesthetic
• Very organised, hands-on and reliable
• Able to prioritize and to work at a high pace
• You don’t settle until you are convinced that your content and operations will put a smile on peoples’ face
• Friendly and helpful in every situation
• Your positive and cheerful temper makes the difference
