Growth Manager - My Little Box Germany

My Little Paris (www.mylittleparis.com) is a media and e-commerce group of more than 130 employees. Today, we have a community of more than 4 million readers and subscribers that we have gathered through the year only by word of mouth.

In 2011, our 12-media group diversified with the launch of My Little Box (www.mylittlebox.de), a lifestyle and beauty box with more than 150,000 subscribers worldwide, particularly in France, Japan and Germany. Our mission: to surprise our customers every month.

We are looking for a Growth Manager to manage our 360° growth strategy for the German Market. The position will be based in Berlin.

You will be… :

• in charge of adapting our global strategy for the local market every month, in collaboration with the local country manager
• responsible for the budget of your channels as well as the regular creation of budget and potential analyses
• working on paid social media, our growth newsletters, Google Adwords and more channels on a daily basis
• deploying and optimizing your local campaigns and monitoring performance through frequent reporting
• developing special strategies for local collaborations and extraordinary events
• creating the growth briefings for our creative teams

You, yes, you… :

• Have an entrepreneur spirit and are a true owner of your business
• Are business fluent in German and English, French is a plus
• Have a good knowledge of the German beauty market and/or a previous experience in this market
• Have already worked in performance marketing and digital campaigns management (Facebook Business Manager, Influence marketing, Adwords..)
• are performance oriented and like to work with extensive data

You’ll be based in Berlin and you will travel to Paris frequently to be as close to our global team as possible.
