In order to boost our brand on the German and Austrian market, today we are looking for a Growth Manager to manage our 360° growth strategy for these markets.

Amongst the International Growth Team, you will be… :

• in charge of adapting our global growth strategy for the markets every month, in collaboration with the local country manager
• developing special strategies for local collaborations and extraordinary operations
• deploying and optimizing localized campaigns and montoring performance through frequent reporting to the Head of International Growth
• working daily on paid social media, acquisition, Google Adwords and more channels

You, yes, you… :

• Have an entrepreneur spirit and are a true owner of your business?
• Are a native German speaker (or you have spent a significant amount of time in Germany/Austria)?
• Have you already worked in a creative or fashion dynamic environment?
• Have you already worked in performance marketing and digital campaigns management (Facebook Business Manager, Influence marketing, Adwords..)?
• Also have a good level in French (which is the #1 language used in our Paris office) or English?
• Are you an outgoing person or perhaps even friendly?
