Descriptif du poste

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an essential role in shaping the company by recruiting the best talents to join us.

  • Proactively headhunting the best mobile tech profiles on the market,
  • Qualifying, screening and pre-interviewing candidates,
  • Selling them MWM’s mission and vision,
  • Supporting managers in closing a candidate,
  • Identifying smart and innovative ways to tap into new candidate pools,
  • Optimizing relevant recruiting channels and continuously improve our hiring strategy,
  • Advising managers on profiles and the talent market in general.

Profil recherché

  • Background: At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in a fast growing startup or an agency working with tech companies,
  • Problem solver: You are autonomous and able to solve your own blockers,
  • Very organized: You are able to multitask and prioritise your daily workload,
  • Optimist: you are not afraid of problems but you bring solutions to the table as well
  • Communication: you can pitch the company and product,
  • Ambitious: you are able to handle 20+ recruitments a year and will only go for the best talents,
  • Languages: You are fluent in both French and English.

Even better if:

  • Tech fluency: You have a track record of successfully engaging and recruiting senior and junior technical profiles, and have a strong understanding of the skills required for mobile development.
