Descriptif du poste

In this role, you will be part of the Growth team. You will be responsible for the strategy and operations of the paywalls and prices of all MWM apps.

  • Be in charge of defining the paywall and pricing strategy to maximize the revenue generated by the subscriptions and all in-app purchases,
  • Leverage business intelligence, user analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor product health and improve user monetisation KPIs,
  • Find opportunities for improvement and build a plan to implement them,
  • Own the in-app revenue KPIs, plan and execute monetisation initiatives, especially through A/B testing to gain in performance over time,
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and become the team’s expert on industry trends, pricing and business models,
  • Work internally with the CRM & Ads Monetisation teams to optimise all our monetisation initiatives across the MWM portfolio,
  • Be MWM’s key point of contact for everything related to IAP revenue.

How is it to be a Monetization Manager in the CRM Team at MWM?

As part of the Growth Team, you will:

  • Be a key element when it comes to business performances, participating in improving the monetisation tools and processes,
  • Have a strong impact on the business and a unique opportunity to reach hundreds of millions of users,
  • Work hand in hand with our Marketing Design team to produce the best performing paywall variations to feed the A/B testing roadmap,
  • Coordinate closely with our Product, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure prices and promotions are updated accordingly,
  • Report to the Global CRM & Monetisation Manager.

Profil recherché

  • At least one experience (internship or full-time) in Revenue/Pricing oriented CRM,
  • Good understanding of mobile marketing and KPIs for mobile apps,
  • Organisational and analytical skills with strong Excel experience,
  • Highly attentive to details, thorough, autonomous and reliable,
  • Strong self-learning skills with a problem-solving attitude,
  • Ability to define, execute measures and conclude A/B tests,
  • Ability to manipulate, read and interpret data and transform it into actionable insights,
  • Agile mentality as this position requires to be reactive and flexible,
  • Either native French speaker with excellent English or fluent in English with working proficiency in French (the position is based in Paris).

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in the mobile apps industry, in Product Management, Monetisation or CRM,
  • Previous working experience in a startup environment.
