MEETING YOUR TEAM

You will work as a key role in the Product team and accompany the Product Managers in the development of our apps and user experience, in accordance with the image of MWM.

 

MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

As a Customer Support Manager at MWM, you will be in charge of monitoring the quality of our products and user satisfaction by ensuring the proper use of our products. 

  • Be the key point of contact for our users on our platforms (Google Play Store, App Store, Zendesk),
  • Monitor response time and customer satisfaction,
  • Analyze the problems encountered by our users and provide them with a personalized solutionImprove and develop customer follow-up by helping us to better understand recurring issues,
  • Collect valuable information to improve the service and the product,
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Tech to continue improving our service offer,
  • Regularly update the knowledge base in which customers can search for answers to their questions themselves,
  • Find innovative ideas to optimize our apps,
  • Invite customers to share their experiences,
  • You will be a full member of a close-knit team, we are counting on you to be a force for proposals and actively participate in the development of our products.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer support/success role, working on a digital product: web app, mobile app...
  • Amazing writing skills - you have flawless spelling!
  • Great analytical mind and reporting addict,
  • Proactive: you always take your projects a step further, and always strive the go the extra mile,
  • Rigorous: We have a lot of amazing projects to carry on and we want our users to always be impacted positively,
  • Bilingual in French and English,
  • You don't hesitate to get your hands dirty: you never say "it's not my job" !
