We have raised 17,5 million euros to help companies take care of the mental health of their employees and create healthy organizations.

Our investment fund is called Left Lane Capital and comes from the US! They are experts in our field and will bring us a lot of knowledge on scaling great companies.

Antoine Griezmann and Blaise Matuidi's investment fund, VC Origins, are participating in the funding round.

While always keeping a sustainable vision of team growth, our team is growing fast, with already 60 people onboard! We're not stopping there and want our team to keep growing as our product, to help us make mental health accessible to as many people as possible.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

As a trusted growth-minded, data-driven Growth manager, your overall mission will be to build the growth strategy & stack we need to help us reach our ambitious targets.

You will help us switch from an inbound-referral-only approach to a hybrid approach involving the implementation and the optimization of paid campaigns across a range of channels, using data to drive decisions and achieve maximum return on investment.

Daily you will :

- Lead and implement our demand gen strategy using an outbound technique

- Define and target qualitative audience

- Implement creative optimization and A/B testing to improve conversion (landing page, messaging, automatized campaigns)

- Manage, monitor, and optimize our digital campaigns across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display) with a strong test and learn approach

- Be the owner of the stack & tools you put in place. Strong knowledge in scraping tools & techniques (ie. Phantombuster) et enrichment (ie Dropcontact, ColdCRM, Lusha…)

- Work closely with Sales team to develop insights and recommendations to drive growth throughout our funnel and strong alignment across teams

- In charge of analyzing and reporting online marketing traffic & conversion across all marketing channels, audiences & campaigns

- Build and manage your team (1 growth marketer today)

📇 You’re the ideal person if

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in growth and online marketing channels, ideally in a B2B environment, with a track record of achieving business objectives and goals
  • Experience that spans at least 2 of these areas:
  • Product-led growth: signup funnel optimization, viral sharing flows, referrals, conversion rate optimization
  • Paid Marketing: paid social, data stack & attribution, influencers, search ads
  • Content-driven growth: landing pages, online generated content, SEO
  • CRM: automation, nurturing or activation
  • Growth mindset with a test and learn approach to deliver strong results and fast insights
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile. You are able to do a lot with little
  • High analytical skills. You are proficient in Google analytics, experience with visualization tools such as Data Studio or Metabase
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in French and English
