Who we are?

At moka.care, we’re on a journey to reinvent the way people and organizations think about Mental Health. Our mission is to make it positive and simple for everyone in the workplace.
moka.care has been created with 3 strong convictions:

Only one year after our launch, we are already by the side of 20+ companies in France and Europe. We are currently recruiting 15 people to join the adventure and expand our impact in France and Europe!

What we do?

moka.care develops a comprehensive platform for employee mental wellbeing. It’s a comprehensive solution where employees can have access to:

  • Individual coaching and therapy with licensed psychologists and certified coaches
  • Group sessions led by therapists on mental wellbeing topics (like parenting, self-confidence, or work-life balance)
  • Digital content and programs designed to improve mental well-being

Why do we need you?

As the Head of Operations, you will work directly with the co-founder to structure and enable our growth. Your main mission will be to scale our operations (regarding our practitioners network and internal processes) in France and in Europe, while delivering the most efficient, caring, human-centered experience to all moka.care’s stakeholders.

Daily, you will :

  • Define, implement and pilot processes to grow our team of practitioners (psychologists, coaches and therapists) in France and beyond
  • Analyse, report and improve the performance and KPIs of our network
  • Define, implement and pilot the right strategy to ensure a high level of commitment and satisfaction for our practitioners
  • Define, implement and pilot the “User success” and “Practitioner success” strategies
  • Design and implement a scaling strategy for the group sessions we organize for our clients’ team
  • Design and grow the Operations team
  • Help optimize internal processes across teams at moka.care

Profil recherché

You’re the ideal person if:

  • You have 6-8 years of experience in leading projects or managing operations in a fast-growing environment (ideally in a scale-up)
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile
  • You have strong organization / process mapping skills
  • You have excellent relationship skills and already experience in managing a team
  • You are fluent in French and English
