We are looking for our Customer Success Manager!
Based in Paris (Grands Boulevards)

Who we are?

At moka.care, we’re on a journey to reinvent the way people and organizations think about Mental Health. Our mission is to make it positive and simple for everyone in the workplace.
moka.care has been created with 3 strong convictions:

  • Mental health should be celebrated and not stigmatized
  • Mental health should become as simple as having a coffee
  • Mental health is at the heart of both fulfillment and performance

Only one year after our launch, we are already by the side of 20+ companies in France and Europe. We are currently recruiting 15 people to join the adventure and expand our impact in France and Europe!

What we do?

moka.care develops a comprehensive platform for employee mental wellbeing where they can have access to:

  • Individual coaching and therapy with licensed psychologists and certified coaches
  • Group sessions led by therapists on mental wellbeing topics (like parenting, self-confidence, impostor syndrome, or work-life balance)
  • Digital content and programs designed discover mental health and train our mind

Why do we need you?

As a Customer Care Manager, you will work directly in the Customer Care team with one simple mission: take care of our customers and ensure they are happy with moka.care!

Daily you will:

  • Build long lasting relationships with your clients while becoming their thinking partner about Mental health initiatives in their companies
  • Understand and follow their goals while implementing moka.care and ensure their general satisfaction
  • Implement action plans with your clients to ensure moka.care remains useful and adapted to your clients needs
  • Follow the life of moka.care in your portfolio and identify upsell / expand potential
  • Share customer feedbacks and collaborate with marketing & product teams to ensure moka always grows in a delightful way**

Profil recherché

You’re the ideal person if:

  • You already have experience in customer relationship management (apprenticeship, internship, or job experience) and a strong appetite to develop human connections
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile
  • You are a great relationship builder with high empathy and excellent written and verbal communication
  • You are organized and not afraid to manage your own portfolio of clients
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You graduated from a Top Business School or equivalent

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Qualification call (30 min)
  2. Discovery interview (45 min) and job focused interview (case study) (45 min)
  3. Meet the founders - Cultural and fit interview (45 min)
