    We are looking for our Customer Success Manager!
    Based in Paris (Grands Boulevards)

    Only one year after our launch, we are already by the side of 20+ companies in France and Europe. We are currently recruiting 15 people to join the adventure and expand our impact in France and Europe!

    What we do? develops a comprehensive platform for employee mental wellbeing where they can have access to:

    • Individual coaching and therapy with licensed psychologists and certified coaches
    • Group sessions led by therapists on mental wellbeing topics (like parenting, self-confidence, impostor syndrome, or work-life balance)
    • Digital content and programs designed discover mental health and train our mind

    Why do we need you?

    As a Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with the co-founder in charge of Sales with one simple mission: take care of our customers and ensure they are happy with!
    Daily you will

    • Build long lasting relationships with your clients while becoming their thinking partner about Mental health initiatives in their companies
    • Understand and follow their goals while implementing and ensure their general satisfaction
    • Implement action plans with your clients to ensure remains useful and adapted to your clients needs
    • Follow the life of in your portfolio and identify upsell / expand potential
    • Share customer feedbacks and collaborate with marketing & product teams to ensure moka always grows in a delightful way**

    Preferred experience

    You’re the ideal person if:

    • You have 2-4 years experience in a B2B Customer Success / Account management team
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile
    • You are a great relationship builder with high empathy and excellent written and verbal communication
    • You are organized and not afraid to be at the side of 30+ different customers
    • You are fluent in French and English
    • You graduated from a Top Business School or equivalent
