Business Development Representative (BDR)

Who are they?

At moka.care, they believe that mental health is key for sustainable growth, both as individuals and as companies. Through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions, they make it possible for every employee to talk about anything, at the right time and, most importantly, with the right person.
Alongside their psychologists, coaches and therapists, they help companies take action for the well-being of their teams, and achieve healthy and sustainable growth.

Since their creation in January 2020, more than 100 companies (L’Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and they now have over 15,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

While always keeping a sustainable vision of team growth, their team is growing fast, with already 60 people onboard! They are not stopping there and want their team to keep growing as their product, to help them make mental health accessible to as many people as possible, and to become the European leader.

They have raised 17,5 million euros to help companies take care of the mental health of their employees and create healthy organizations.

Their investment fund is called Left Lane Capital and comes from the US!
They are experts in their field and will bring us a lot of knowledge on scaling great companies.

Antoine Griezmann and Blaise Matuidi’s investment fund, VC Origins, are participating in the funding round.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

We need you to support our wonderful and enthusiastic sales team in their mission, to nurture healthy minds to foster healthy organizations, we are growing our team of BDR.

Daily you will :

- Implement the best outbound prospection techniques to generate qualified leads for your AE team: Be creative and KPI driven!

- Generate maximum business opportunities via targeted prospection (calls, mails, social networks, presence at events..)

- Define the most interesting stakeholders for moka.care in our target companies, and the best strategy to reach them

- Work with our sales Ops, Marine, to ensure we have the right targets each month, based on company size and industry

- Your daily routine is: cold calling, mailing, discovery calls.

- Each week, you will have to connect with at least 8 contacts and deliver a Discovery Call to validate the opportunity

- Following the discovery call, you’ll need to ensure that it is qualified to move forward into the sales funnel and that the AE will be able to send a proposal

Last but not least:

- You will be in contact with companies from many backgrounds, allowing to be able to adopt different speeches and gain credibility

- Great way to start in a fast-growing company to learn the basics of the sales jobs and evolve as a sales executive with the right methods, the perfect start to evolve.

- You’ll work in direct contact with our Head of Sales

- Your job will be impactful. Each time we sign a company, we give access to a service that could mentally secure hundreds of people.

You will be comfortable in this position if:

- You’re a real doer

- You like to spend time on the phone

- You like the balance in a routine week on the job that can vary based on interactions with different prospective clients
