To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant.

This role can be based either in Barcelona, Munich or Paris.

Role

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be the go-to Mirakl expert and trusted advisor, supporting the functional implementation of our platform within our clients’ e-commerce ecosystem. You will intervene right after the closing of a deal to ensure a rapid and successful go live and will give advice on all architectural and feature-related issues that may arise.

As such, you will play a critical role in helping our multinational clients launch Mirakl’s platform and get them set for long-term success.

The role will require you to:

• Drive the successful implementation of Mirakl solution, interacting with all teams involved, both internal (Product Manager, Labs, Business Consultant, Alliance) and external (IT teams, project manager, external integrators),
• Provide technical and functional guidance to clients and be proactive to drive issue resolution in a timely manner, always balancing time-to-market, quality and priorities,
• Utilize your knowledge of our product to support and guide our customers in making the right configuration and integration choices,
• Conduct workshops and ongoing trainings/update meetings with customers and partners,
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and product teams, to educate the customer on the value proposition of the Mirakl Marketplace Platform and provide valuable feedback and bring ideas for new features and enhancements,
• Adapt to different environments and learn new skills and processes quickly, to be able to take between 6 to 8 projects at a time,
• Contribute to the development of the delivery team's methodology, knowledge base, and tools.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Graduated with a Masters or Degree in Business, Project Management, Web or Engineering,
• +5 years of experience, ideally in a Consulting, E-commerce or Project Management type role - a deep understanding of E-commerce projects is key,
• Customer oriented approach with highly professional communication skills. Previous customer facing experience is a must, ideally in front of C-levels from big companies,
• Must thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment,
• You are a problem solver,
• Some grasp or exposure to web technologies & popular web frameworks (data formats such as JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs),
• English fluency – any additional languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients,
• Flexible travel schedule, as you may take the responsibility of projects all across the EMEA region.
