What You’ll Do As Our BDR Manager

  • Hire, train and manage a growing team of 4 - 10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs), particularly focused on the B2C or B2B Enterprise verticals, whose roles consist of both inbound & outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and opportunity qualification.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the Mirakl product and customer and be able to clearly articulate our value within the market through running 2-3 qualification calls a week.
  • Cultivate a safe & supportive culture within the team, coordinating regular 1:1s, call analysis, individualized coaching plans, and team training sessions to create a culture of best practice sharing and continual improvement.
  • Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual BDRs to ensure key performance metrics are met on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide BDRs with guidance on time management, objection handling and prospecting tactics while continuing to meaningfully coach towards success in the BDR role and future career aspirations
  • Partner with the broader Sales and Marketing organizations to iterate, improve and optimize existing strategies, ensuring performance is aligned with the broader GTM objectives, messaging, and competitive differentiators.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a SaaS SDR/BDR with 1+ years of SaaS sales management experience (Team Lead and/or Manager)
  • Demonstrated history of consistently performing above quota in both inbound & outbound sales environment
  • Experience successfully building out scalable outbound prospecting processes, including customized approaches based on buyers and personas
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate our value proposition
  • Experience partnering with marketing to execute demand generation events
  • Expertise in Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc. preferred
