We are looking for a high energy, organized, team oriented Junior Functional Expert to join our rapidly growing Client Success team to extend our success. The Client Success team provides business and functional support to our clients that are influential multinational groups such as Carrefour, Walmart, Best Buy, Darty, Galeries Lafayette, Conforama, Auchan, etc

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Functional Account Manager will be the functional reference within the Client success team and drive many client-projects related to new Mirakl Products.

Main aspects of the role:

  • Multi-project management: you will deliver and support several projects in parallel, as well as deal with multiple clients
  • Cross-functional: you will be working directly with Customer Success, Product teams, Marketing and Sales across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Functional & business-related: you will be a functional expert on Mirakl Products, but always driven by our business impact at clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Project Management on New Products: as part of Mirakl strategy, new Products are being developed to fuel our clients’ growth. Along with your manager, you will plan the deployment of these Products at our clients’, make demos, advise clients on implementation, as well as monitor impact to provide feedback to Product teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients: you will support your manager on a portfolio of top clients, answering their functional requests and providing them with best practices on platform usage.
  • You will also participate in the organisation of a bi-annual meeting with our main clients, during which we will collect their feedback on the Mirakl platform.
  • Provide functional support: you will develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mirakl Platform and Services, as well as the best practices which provide value to our customers. This will enable you to support the Client Success team, when needed, as well as participate in Pre-sales phases (demonstrations, presentations and workshops).
  • Produce Market Intelligence: as Mirakl’s Functional Account Manager , you will gather and formalize data on platform usage. This will enable you to feed Product team for roadmap and create functional use cases for Customer Success consultants and Sales teams. You will also use data and business insights to measure usage and customer engagement.

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience ideally in Marketplace and/or in a Software company and/or in Project Management
  • A good understanding of E-commerce, Marketplace and/or Digital ecosystems
  • Analytical and data-driven qualities
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Communication skills. A previous customer facing experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and takes initiative
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment
  • English fluency – any additional language will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients
  • This role will be based in our Headquarters in Paris, punctual travels may be required.
