To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for an experienced and talented Director to join our B2B Business Consulting team in Paris, London, Munich or Barcelona and manage our key accounts. The Business Consulting team provides strategic business support to our clients that are influential B2B distributors such as Conrad, Satair, Metro or B2B manufacturers such as Airbus, HP, Siemens or Toyota.

The Business Consulting team helps our clients at every stage of the marketplace journey, from the project/implementation phase until the client is live, and up and running.

Their main objectives are to share marketplace best-practices, ensure the best adoption of the model, advice on the strategy to adopt, help on building marketplace processes, tools and set up action plans to grow their Marketplace GMV once live.

The Director Business Consulting B2B will play a critical role among the team by managing a portfolio of Mirakl’s large accounts. His/her main missions will be to:

  • Define the main KPIs and set up the right approach and processes to address this segment effectively.
  • Manage a team of B2B Senior Business Consultants, help them build customized action plans to maximize their potential and support them on challenging projects and clients
  • Build strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders at our clients and be identified as a key strategic advisor
  • Be a “doer”

He/She will display great leadership skills, possess an entrepreneur spirit and aim at contributing significantly to Mirakl’s growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Has 10+ years of experience in B2B E-commerce and/or Management Consulting
  • Has a prior experience as a manager of mid-size teams
  • Has strong communication and presentation skills
  • Is a highly business-driven individual with strong analytical thinking who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Speaks English fluently – any additional language will be a great asset in a context of international expansion!
