To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager EMEA.

The role

We are looking for a skilled digital marketer to own Mirakl’s digital and account-based marketing efforts in EMEA by building impactful campaigns to drive Mirakl’s customer acquisition and conversion across the region. This person will collaborate closely with our global demand “center of excellence” and product marketing, as well as EMEA field marketing, content, communications, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a fast-paced, growing tech company specializing in B2B SaaS software solutions (e.g., eCommerce or marketing tech) aimed at business executives.The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the design and execution of marketing programs for Mirakl in France, the United Kingdom, Nordics, Germany and Southern Europe.

The role will create, manage and execute an integrated marketing plan for demand generation and awareness, measured by both sourced (MQL>opportunity) and influenced pipeline as well as increased conversion rates.

This position will report to VP, EMEA Field and Growth Marketing and will be a part of fast-growing Mirakl’s Global Marketing team.

Your responsibilities

  • Create and implement a regional digital marketing plan targeting relevant C-level roles with a focus on both one-to-many (e.g., LinkedIn campaign management) initiatives and account-specific targeting.
  • In support of the plan, design and execute online marketing programs, at both a regional and a hub level, leveraging relevant thought leadership content and assets from corporate marketing and growth marketing.
  • Own the Account Based Marketing (ABM) effort, working closely with product marketing, business development representatives, account executives, and revenue operations as appropriate.
  • Select and manage agency relationships with digital and advertising consulting experts to develop multi-touch marketing programs to nurture the database, increase awareness and generate demand.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels to analyze and improve performance against business KPIs.
  • Manage and coordinate social asset creation and distribution in alignment with regional growth marketing priorities, leading ideation on new ways to drive engagement on social channels with a focus on Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • SEO/SEM: plan and execute regional SEO/SEM plan with external agencies (keywords, landing pages, conversion strategy, reporting…).
  • Regional website management: develop and/or adapt content in cross-functional alignment with the global marketing team and product marketing.
  • Measure and report of all digital marketing campaigns and efforts, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing demand generation or direct campaign management roles
  • Subject matter expertise in core digital marketing approaches, such as email marketing, paid social, content marketing, and SEO/SEM
  • Experience with online ABM campaign tools is a plus
  • Understanding of SaaS marketing best practices, metrics, and measurement approaches
  • You are well-organized, autonomous and you know how to take decisions and propose ideas
  • Hands-on experience of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, as well as proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical profiles
  • Positive attitude, desire to learn and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team
  • Bachelor degree required, advanced degree a plus
