Descriptif du poste

As part of the sales team but also working very closely with the product and delivery team, your main objectives will be to help convert prospects into customers.

What will you be doing?

Your main focus will be on the pre-sales process by:

  • Building and performing custom technical product demonstrations integrated into the prospect’s existing solution ecosystem (Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, existing APIs)
  • Demonstrating key differentiators and values of the Mindsay platform and its ability to connect to any system with minimum technical expertise.
  • Proposing efficient technical solutions to the prospect’s decision makers (C-Levels) to meet their objectives
  • Building materials and assets that can be used by the entire organization to show the best use of our platform
  • Working in close collaboration with product managers and engineers by providing them with feedback on information collected during pre-sales discussions

You will also be the owner of Mindsay’s training program, “Mindsay Academy”, and will:

  • Animate the training programs to newly signed clients to help them onboard
  • Build, maintain, and update our training programs, and assist the marketing team in promoting our expertise
  • Train key partners

Profil recherché

Competencies

  • Min. 2 years of pre-sales engineering, and/or strategy / management / technology / development, in a B2B environment
  • Excellent technical skills combined with a sales mindset
  • Good understanding of the deployment and integration of a SaaS platform
  • Technical experience using APIs (Get/Post/Put) / JSON / XML data
  • Native or fluent English (French is a plus)
  • Coding in Python is a plus
