As CSM, you will be responsible for helping customers adopt Mindflow through a seamless adoption journey and a top-class customer service experience to maximize their satisfaction.
It’s a perfect mix between tech and relationship with client.
Customer Onboarding
Educate your client by delivering demo and training of Mindflow’s product
Set your clients up for success: Establish critical goals/KPIs
Create a flowing customers adoption journey
Customer Advocacy
Be Mindflow’s expert and proactively monitor your client’s KPIs to drive adoption & value
Be the voice of the customer to the Product and Marketing team
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Engineering Teams on a day-to-day basis to solve your customers problem and help them reach their objectives
Cyber consulting
You’ve had (or want) experience with project management and client facing
You know Cyber topics or know how to code
Knowing English and French is important to communicate effectively with the team
