    Descriptif du poste

    METROSCOPE is the new AI startup of the EDF group. We have created the first technology - patented and awarded - that combines Digital twin and Artificial Intelligence in order to address predictive maintenance!
    Our solution provides innovative, reliable and fast AI powered diagnosis for our industrial customers. We help maintenance teams and operators identify hazards affecting their industrial process that could result in lost output, long-term damage to a component, or even the outright shutdown of their installation.

    METROSOCOPE is already in progress to implement its software on each and every nuclear Plant in France, and has extended its activities to Germany and the US to address nuclear and conventional generation customers through the partnership with Framatome, another subsidiary of EDF who promotes and implements Metroscope.

    We are looking for a German-speaking Senior Business Developer to accelerate our positioning in the European market. The candidate will be based in Berlin or Paris and will be supervised by the CEO.

    Duties of the mission consist of the creation and follow-up of new customer accounts in Germany as well as conversion of existing opportunities to market capture according to the Metroscope business development strategy.

    More specifically, your missions will be:

    • Getting accustomed and mastering our product through a very in-depth training;
    • Building your own pipeline, partnerships and close deals;
    • Defining your OKRs and providing feedback;
    • Managing a growing sales team;
    • Contributing to the company sales strategy.

    Profil recherché

    • You have graduated with a degree in business or engineering;
    • You have a record of success with deal closures;
    • You are eager to develop strong relationships with C-level and to negotiate high-stake deals;
    • You are patient and tenacious as our clients are big industries with long decision-making processes;
    • You are experienced in leadership of a small team and can do so autonomously;
    • You speak fluent German and English is a strong plus;
    • You have an interest in physical sciences, engineering and technology, and energy including generation markets;
    • You have strong communication and presentation skills and show a good sense of responsibilities;
    • You are keen to travel to customer meetings and to visit our German team;
