Based on a deep understanding of our products, customers and our market ;
You’ll play a key role in educating our sales and marketing teams on competition;
You’ll feed the product team with market insights for product discovery and innovation ;
You’ll participate to build the product strategy aligned with the company’s vision.

Market Intelligence Analyst sits at the intersection between Product, Marketing and Sales : you will work with a cross-functional approach across all teams.
You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

What you will do :

  • COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE
    Define & execute competitive intelligence strategy for our Sales team and Alliances ;
    Provide a deep understanding of the market and competition on new Products and offers in order to help identify product positioning (mapping, battlecards…) ;
    Improve, structure and provide access to our competitors’ knowledge and, more generally, of the ecosystem, using digital tools (klue, crayon, etc…) ;
    Update sales, marketing and product team on the competition: deliver relevant content and news
    Investigate and analyse competitor positioning & market trends ;
    Interact with the sales and alliances to gather customer feedbacks regarding competition and market trend.

  • PRODUCT DISCOVERY/IDEATION
    Join, inspire and nurture a high performing team of product managers / designers ;
    Conduct periodic solutions and market analysis on specific product innovation themes ;
    Monitor the trends that shape our world (industry, digital, energy, CO2…).

  • PRODUCT STRATEGY
    Conducting strategic market research to support new market development, Make or Buy and new company acquisition strategies ;
    Drive impactful presentation for C-levels.


Profil recherché

What you will need :

  • Master’s degree in Business/Engineering ;
  • Fluent in English and French, written and spoken ;
  • 5+ years of work experience in market analyst, strategy, competitive intelligence ;
  • Communication skills & analytical abilities ;
  • Ability to work as a team in a challenging environment ;
  • Self-starter, autonomous and goal oriented ;
  • Experience in market research ;
  • Past consulting experience in the field of energy is a PLUS ;
  • Curious about Industry 4.0, decarbonization, energy management…
