Your new role :

• Working from our Office in Louvain-La-Neuve you will lead projects around Europe ;
• The Operations team manages projects from the platform implementation to a hand over with the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage projects and deliver in time with high client satisfaction ;
• Master projects delivery with a high visibility on cost, time, and client satisfaction ;
• Understand customers’ expectations in order to adapt the delivery, and work closely with sales to proactively adapt our proposals ;
• Report to the Operations Manager of the region, anticipating risks and highlighting main issues ;
• Support sales and our partners to convince prospects and design the right commercial proposal ;
• Deploy and maintain our software solution to meet the customer’s needs ;
• Project management during the initial implementation phase of the customer platform ;
• Set up the Infrastructure to collect the consumption ;
• Create the reports (energy KPIs, energy cost, process KPIs), dashboards and alarms ;
• Support our clients energy efficiency projects follow-up ;
• Support customer in their training relative to the solution with the available materials on our
  dedicated onboarding platform.

To succeed in this role you must have:

• Engineering degree with a 1st experience in the energy field ;
• Confirmed experience as a Project manager (5 years Min): Result oriented, analytically-minded, with a sense of urgency when necessary, able to handle pressure, and with good team spirit ;
• Good knowledge about energy systems and energy efficiency ;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and good understanding of object-oriented language, a basic knowledge in programmation would be appreciated ;
• Strong communication and inter-departmental collaboration skills ;
• Fluent in French and English ;
• Available to travel up to 30% of the time.
