Descriptif du poste

As an Account Executive France & Belgium you will report directly to the Head of Sales Tertiary of the Belgian branch and be in charge of the commercial development within France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closing for direct sales tertiary large customers and indirect sales (Utilities & Esco). You will then manage your own customer set. Last but not least, you will work in collaboration with the operation team in order to assure the right implementation of your projects.

Responsibilities

Build an efficient, ambitious and realistic sales plan to reach your quota ;
Consultative sales professional with emotional selling skills to close deals ;
Generation of new leads from various sources (leads database, personal network, events, LinkedIn…) ;
Manage full sales cycles and long negotiations taking up to 6-9 months ;
Drive the complete tendering cycle including data collection, site assessments, and offer preparation with the support of the operations team ;
Identify complex customer needs and define the right value proposition to be delivered ;
Hold technical product demonstrations (when needed) answering the right use cases ;
Travel can be up to 35% of the time.

Required Qualifications

Strong interest in the energy and environment sector ;
Minimum 3 years experience in B2B complex software sales, in an Account Management/Executive position including SDR/Hunter experience (outbound and inbound) ;
Hunter mindset used to organise its own leadgen prospection, with sales automation tools ;
Strong expertise in qualifying needs and opportunities ;
Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders ;
Ability to proactively build and manage a pipeline (and keep it up to date in the CRM), and a consistent annual sales plan (updated quarterly) ;
Have closed enterprise deals in technical environments (references required) ;
Have experience or studied in a technical environment (related to hardware, software, or IT related).

Profil recherché
