Nos valeurs :
Notre histoire commence en 2019 avec pour ambition de comprendre les enjeux de l’industrie de demain. Jeunes entrepreneurs passionnés, nous avons passé 6 mois sur le terrain à visiter les usines françaises et nous y avons découvert jour après jour, les difficultés du secteur mais aussi ses forces. Après avoir interrogé plus de 100 acteurs dans 6 secteurs différents nous avons constatés un cruel manque d’outils pour faciliter la gestion de ses équipes. Nous avons alors créé Mercateam pour régler des problèmes concrets sur le terrain et aider l’industrie française à répondre aux enjeux de demain.
