Your main missions will be:

Finance Ops

• Sales administration supporting Customer Success and Sales Teams (referent on invoicing system, support teams in receivable collection)
• Suppliers invoicing follow-up link with our accounting firm and payment preparation
• Participate on monthly closing tasks & reports production

Admin & HR management

• Payroll preparation with Payfit
• Suppliers relationship and orders for the office
• Take care of our Paris office making sure rules and organization is the best for all of us

Other projects that can be addressed

• Finance: involvement in projects with Antoine, our Head of Finance
• HR: work on specific projects with Emma, our Head of People
• Cross teams’ projects to improve processes

You will have the opportunity to be involve in all activities aside the management team.

• Positive minded and good energy

• Good Gsheet/Excel skills
• A financial knowledge would be an asset
• Studies: management school or similar M1-M2
