Missions :

In the Product team, you will be in charge of the Monitoring squad, your missions are to :

Understand our customers and how they use our product:

• Gather insights from commercial teams

• Interview users

• Identify with Data the customer pains we can solve

Drive the product strategy:

• Understand our business and the market to stay on top of competitors

• Champion your ideas and lead them to reality

• Support the 3 product managers and help them develop their skills

Together with your squad of 5 developers build an outstanding product:

• Conceive and improve a wide range of features

• Collaborate on a daily basis with our designers, QA, Data engineer, DevOps etc…

Communicate internally alongside the PMM:

• Make sure everyone at Mention knows what is being developed

• …and where you go

• maintain internal documentation

The person we’re looking for 🔍

• 5+ years of experience working on a SaaS platform or a B2B product

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• You have a very good data culture (providers, data science,…), you know its application, you understand its mechanisms and you know the stakes when it comes to Product creation

• Leader, you involve people into your projects & ideas thanks to your energy and knowledge acquired through research

• Structured, you know how to manage your squad’s current and future projects and make them move forward

• Good communicator, you like being at the cross-road of different teams and talking in public. You know how to adapt your speech to your audience.
