• Develop activity work plans, procurement plans and budgets for medical logistics and supply chain activities and as well provide technical support
• Maintain updated hardcopy records and electronic data bases for tracking of all “inventory and supplies” received & stored at country office
• Participate in forecasting / quantification and ordering process for each supported health facility
• Perform stock spot checks

Qualifications, experience and skills

I. Academic background

[Required] BA, BS/BSc Degree or Diploma in Administration or Logistics

II. Professional/Practical Experience

[Required] A first experience as Administrative or logistic assistant or in a comparable position
[Preferred] Experience in Non-Governmental Organization
