Le poste

Descriptif du poste

  • Define the talent acquisition strategy, to identify, qualify, attract & onboard the best talents around for our positions;
  • Directly handle complex recruitment search (top management, executives, or technical experts positions);
  • Coach, train and mentor the hiring team and coach Hiring Managers in recruiting techniques;
  • Determine the KPIs to track and measure talent acquisition success;
  • Manages the ATS and recruitment technology tools and continuously review our process, to drive improvements and change;
  • Manage external service providers (head hunting agencies) and third-party vendors (ATS, WTTJ, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Participate in defining and delivering employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to drive candidate engagement and boost the employer brand (career pages, job fair, diversity & inclusion programs etc);
  • Work towards garanting the best candidate experience possible, and turning employees into brand ambassadors by creating programs and activities to boost our digital footprints;

Profil recherché

  • You have 8+ years experience with a proven track record at managerial level for Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment;
  • Complete fluency in French & English;
  • You are “service oriented” as (brand ambassador for candidates & support for the managers);
  • You understand the stakes the recruiter’s function in a start-up environment (reactivity, confidentiality, availability for both hiring managers & candidates).
  • You have a solid experience in Talent Acquisition automation and tooling;

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Successive round of interviews with Talent & People team members, followed by the COO & CEO;
