Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a Senior Product manager to deliver improved value to our beloved customers and help build the photography platform of the future.

You will own both the discovery and delivery steps of our product development. We have clear objectives that we want to accomplish; we need a rock star to define and implement the best solutions to meet them! You will collaborate with and listen to our top clients as well as your internal clients: our Sales, Engineering, Data, Ops and (of course!) UX teams.

Why we think this job is amazing: you will completely own the Meero user experience for our customers, whether they interact with our product through our in-house platform, our proprietary API or integrations with third party apps (such as our clients’).

You will also have the opportunity to create brand new product solutions for a previously untapped market segment. You’ll do so in collaboration with a senior operations manager and together you’ll challenge our existing assumptions, refine the vision for the product, and deliver the roadmap.

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong customer service mindset and a commitment to delivering a quality experience, plus a knowledge of UX research frameworks and the interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate with and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease..

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Product Discovery (80%)

  • Gather and understand customer needs, pains and challenges through user research and customer interviews.
  • Work closely with client-facing internal teams to gather feedback and ensure strategic alignment within the business.
  • Analyze customer insights, competitive analysis, and also data from the market to develop concrete plans and recommendations.
  • Implement a roadmap for your products and advocate for them internally and externally to ensure they are prioritized correctly by stakeholders.
  • Turn hypotheses into proofs of concept as often and as quickly as possible to transform them into successful features.

Product Delivery (20 %)

  • Turn your roadmap into backlog features and build the solutions with designers, data engineers and product engineers to deliver the defined features, in close collaboration with your Delivery team stakeholders.
  • Groom and plan sprint content with the Engineer Squad Lead and rigorously test your features to ensure a bug-free release.
  • Organize product launches and follow-up on your features’ performance, with an eye toward further optimization if necessary.
  • Communicate transparently, frequently and collaboratively with stakeholders and customers about progress and new developments.
  • Work closely with the other Product Managers to share best practices and make recommendations for Product/IT process improvement and hiring.

What’s in it for you?

  • Caring management: Your manager’s responsibility is to ensure you have everything you need to meet your objectives so that you enjoy coming to work every day.
  • Team spirit: You’ll never be alone again! We are a close-knit team and take pride in helping one another solve any problem we might come across!
  • Up-skilling: We believe that each new week should be an opportunity to learn new product skills and we will accompany you on that path.
  • Product community: We organize Tech & Beers meetings and regularly invite external Product or Tech people to share their knowledge with us.
  • An exciting challenge: We are a scale-up company doing big things fast, which means challenges and rewards await you.
  • International: We have clients and partners across multiple continents and you will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to solve big problems.
  • Keep learning and growing: You’ll be doing a lot of product discovery, improving your knowledge set and encouraged by your team and the role to try new things.

  • You are curious about and can understand the needs of all your stakeholders, and are known for your interpersonal skills
