Job description

mediarithmics is a next-gen CDP, a SaaS platform integrating in one solution DMP, CDP and data collaboration capabilities. The technology is engineered in France, leveraging more than 10 years of R&D in compliance with the strictest EU data privacy regulations. Responsabilities

  • Supplier accounting: invoices recording with analytical verification, preparation of payments (monthly in general), classification
  • Customer invoices: check the contract to schedule the right frequency of publishing, make sure to have a PO number before (except contrary instruction), classification and follow up of the cash collection
  • Bank: daily recording of the bank operations 
  • Tax: VAT preparation and statement (cash collection and spendings), VA contribution (invoices emitted)
  • Wages and social contributions: check the consistency of these accounts
  • Monthly cut-off: accruals assessment (supplier invoices, tax, payroll,…)

    • Requirement

  • Experience in an accounting consultancy firm
  • Minimum 4years of experience
  • Good level of English and French
  • High quality Excel and IT system
  • Deadline oriented / high attention to detail
  • Self-management capabilities / autonomy

    • It's a 5 months contract (CDD).
