Job Description:

Location: Aimargues (30 min from Montpellier) or Haguenau (30 min from Strasbourg)

Segment: Mars Global Services / Royal Canin

Contract: Permanent

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years experience in a related IT discipline

• Experience in IT Project/Program Management

• Budget management experience

• Stakeholder Management of functional experts and senior stakeholders

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Planning of projects and controlling elements such as budgets, timeframes, and milestones.

• Ensure the reporting to support project managers in their decisions, spot when a project may be off-track for delivering on targets, managing risks and mitigation, and identify trends that can be built into repeatable practices. 

• Coordinate the Delivery Project Managers and get them organized for the roadmap.

• Assign project managers to each project and manages them directly for effective delivery of the projects and programs.

• Work closely with both segment leaders and IT teams globally and in the region(s) to define, prioritize and deliver a programs' roadmap to achieve business strategies and goals. 

• Key business stakeholders are RC GMs, Sales or CRM managers and Global/Regional Functional experts for the defined functional areas;  assigned to the Functional/Unit Director (e.g. Supply, Demand, etc).
