Within Manutan International, the SEA Lead is responsible of the operational management of SEA, through the coordination between all SEA stakeholders:
- SEM Manager responsible for the Group strategy
- External agency in charge of the execution and daily follow-up
- Local Digital Projects Managers, owner of local campaign and budget
- Data analysts running ad hoc analysis
Primary Responsabilites :
Central Level :
- Share the global and local strategy with the external agency
- Play a pivot role between all Manutan stakeholders and the external agency
- Put data analysts in contact to configurate automated dashboards and inform about issues to investigate
- Collect needs and recommendations from the agency for specific campaigns
- Aggregate and report on performances on a regular basis
- Handle feed optimization projects
- Monitor the budget and invoices within scope
Local Level :
- Collect local SEA planning and budget provided by the Local Market Directors and Digital Project Managers to share with the SEM Manager
- Collect local questions, issues, updates on products or the website
- Share with local teams the needs from specific campaigns (briefs on texts)
You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in SEA.
You are comfortable with figures and have good analytical skills. You are familiar with regular reporting, and you are fluent in English.
You are known for your autonomy; your seriousness and you have good interpersonal skills.
