We are looking for a true business leader to join our talented team and build our early-stage international services program for sellers. The Strategic Program Lead will partner with stakeholders both internally and externally to build programs, enable go-to-market, and own the P&L and key reportings. 

As a Strategic Program Lead with the Expansion team, you are passionate about understanding the marketplace environment to deliver strategies and projects. Thanks to your tremendous business acumen, your leadership and hands-on approach, you play a key role driving cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Product teams. You possess strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills; and will develop a deep understanding of the cross-border marketplace business to deliver on objectives. You are flexible and able to work and grow in a constantly evolving scale-up environment.

Main missions:

  • Working closely with the ‘Head of Mano Expansion’, build the strategy, budgets, project timelines and targets for this business unit. Helping to develop a full roadmap of initiatives to increase seller acquisition, drive adoption and reduce churn.
  • Drive the project with the Expansion team and all cross functional teams. Be the voice of the program and engage teams to achieve our common goals. 
  • Own key reporting tools and cadence for the Expansion group. Use this data and analysis to tackle business problems and drive desired outcomes.
  • Profile requirements

  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • University degree from a Business School / Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 4+ years of experience within management consulting, strategy or operations.
  • You will have professional experience interpreting large data sets in order to interpret trends and form actionable insights.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with autonomy on projects and deliverables.
