As a DATA TEAM we have 2 missions : 

1. Deliver the best-in-class robust, reliable and self-serve, governed data platform that enables MM to be a data driven company and to deliver new business models.

To achieve that we have 6 product teams :

- Data Platform / Data Governance / Tracking / Scraping / Performance Reports / Data Academy (in construction)

2. Build and manage data products for ManoMano product teams.

For that we have 5 Squads data : 

- B2C / B2B / Sellers / Catalog / Buyers

As we aim to allow our internal users to have access to more and more self-service capabilities on our data platform, we are building a Data Academy team.  

As Product Manager, your role will be to define and deploy our Academy offer so our end users are onboarded, trained and supported in using our platform self-service capabilities.

The role reports to the Data Product Director.

Your main missions will be :

- Define our onboarding, training and support offer for our end-users

- Turn that into a long term roadmap : you will make sure your team is working each quarter on the right features to achieve our objectives

- Mentor and manage a team of 2 to 3 Data Academy Animators

- Assist Academy team in delivering best-in-class onboarding trainings and materials for our self-service capabilities

- Ensure all our users are aware and get the most of our Data Academy offer

 Our DATA environment : 

- DATA SOURCE : Kafka, Amazon S3, Google Analytics, Snowplow, MariaDB/PostgreSQL

- DATA WAREHOUSE : Snowflake, Airflow

- DATA VIZ : Qlik Sense, Tableau

- MACHINE LEARNING : Python, Jupyter Notebook

- DATA EXPLOITATION : Metabase

Expected Profile :

You have at least 5 years experience working on Data projects

You thrive in a startup environment growing (fast)

You are kind, thoughtful and have a natural ability to get things done. You qualify as an “achiever” and a leader.

You understand perfectly the role of a product manager and you embrace the product methodology and culture

You have great communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level

You have ability to mentor

You are fluent in English
