Manomano was launched in Spain in 2015 and in 2018 we opened our first office in Barcelona. We are based in the heart of the dynamic and innovative Poblenou. Our team is 80% tech and we have business development Operations, People, Growth & Marketing and Finance teams as well. As a Senior Software Engineer you wil join the feature team Customer and Seller Support Operations. Main vision of the feature team is to provide the right means and tools to successfully and smoothly resolve any post-purchase demand or need, including dispute resolution processes, customer-seller communications or support agents tooling.

As a member of the team you will be co-responsible for our success in accomplishing our mission in a DevOps culture company, end to end, from inception to Production.

The team is composed of a Product Manager and a Development team, providing the state of the art solutions with the direct support of ManoMano’s wide platform team: SRE, QAs, Agile Coaches, Security, Developer Experience, …

 Your key responsibilities include:

·  To analyze, design and develop new features with a high level of quality.

·   To learn through the sharing of good practices.

·  To follow your metrics in order to improve the product during the next iterations.

Some of the traits that we would be looking for are :

· + 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer

· Java 11, SpringBoot

· Design principles, SOLID, DDD, Software architectural patterns (hexagonal, clean architectures), TDD

· Testing and Quality: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing. SonarQube, Integrated security practices.

· Source control through Git, CI/CD pipelines

· Understanding of Microservice Architectures: Distributed Systems architecture, Observability…

· Knowledge in Restful API, OpenAPI. Messaging or Event driven solutions (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AMQ ...)

· Relational Databases (Postgres, MySQL), NoSQL.

· Experience in Cloud solutions, preferably in AWS: EKS/ECS/ECR, EC2 …

· Containers and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker swarm..)

· Working experience in SCRUM, Gitlab, JIRA and Slack.

· Good English level
