Descriptif du poste

As a Sales Enablement, you will join our Sales Excellence team whose main goal is to design, plan, track our sales targets & performance and enable our Sales team to keep improving its performance.

Your mission will be to design, build and continuously improve a best-in-class sales training program to enable our Sales team to keep improving their performance.

Missions

  • Develop and implement training programs and curriculum for the sales organization that increase productivity and performance.

  • Collaborate across departments and levels within the organization to complete enablement projects on schedule.

  • Clearly communicate progress on enablement projects to key stakeholders and set clear expectations for the anticipated use and impact of deliverables.

  • Partner with our Sales Team and our marketing Team to build a library of excellence (discovery calls, outreach sequences, emailings template, sales presentation template, prospector's video) to enable the mastering of sales methodology and the development of relevant soft skills

  • Incorporate training paths and content into online learning and content management platforms

  • In charge of internal sales onboarding (onboarding & constant training expertise)


Profil recherché

  • Experience in creating high-quality content and managing training. You are very rigorous and clear in any document that you produce for your Team.

  • You have a strong experience with excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and French

  • 3 years in Sales (former Sales/ Sales lead) or working closely with Sales (Sales Operations, Sales Enablement)

About you : 

  • Good business sense to measure impact on our sales performance.

  • The ability to work in a international team

  • Great Project management skills : you have a proven track record on managing projects involving different teams, engaging multiple stakeholders, retro-planning and prioritizing, providing visibility, creating alignment, and communicating (oral and written);

  • Rigor, sense of organization, and autonomy
