Our Learning Partner will be responsible for the execution of our learning strategy. This person will be a proactive and creative learning professional who is passionate about using learning as a tool for organizational success. As you’ll be working with people across the business, fluency in French and English is required.

The day-to-day role will involve partnering with teams across MANGOPAY to identify learning needs and the right learning solution.

This will involve managing the learning pathways for new joiners.

The Learning Partner will manage our learning management platform, ensuring our teams have access to the resources they need and tracking engagement of resources. The Learning Partner will need to be able to build success measures into learning interventions and track these on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

Partnership

  • Identify learning opportunities which can support the delivery of MANGOPAY’s strategy
  • Proactively partner with managers to identify professional development opportunities for their teams
  • Support managers with their ongoing development, through learning resources, workshops, peer to peer learning etc
  • Partner with our HR team to ensure an excellent induction process for new team members
  • Work with external partners such as our LMS provider to maximize the benefits of our tools

Delivery

  • Conduct learning needs assessment with stakeholders across the organization
  • Prepare innovative learning resources in multiple formats to meet the learning needs of our teams e.g. digital learning, workshops, role plays, presentations
  • Demonstrate the impact of learning on the success of the organization through clear learning objectives and targeted KPIs

Operations

  • Manage our “Welcome to MANGOPAY” learning programme and support team-specific learning pathways for new team members
  • In collaboration with HR, implement a buddy system for all new joiners
  • Implement and coordinate programme to facilitate remote shadowing across the organization (done)
  • Manage the day to day operations of our LMS

Profil recherché

Required profile:

  • Confident trainer and facilitator able to deliver engaging remote sessions
  • Experience in delivering a learning strategy in a growing organization
  • Experience managing employee onboarding processes
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously
  • Genuine and demonstrated passion for learning and its role in an organization
  • Quick learner with an ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Confidence with administration and analytics on learning management systems

Tools and languages:

  • Outstanding command of written English and French as you need to be able to write original content in both languages
  • Excellent verbal communication in French and English as you will be delivering training and facilitating workshops in both languages
  • Experience interpreting data from learning platforms, identifying trends and communicating results to stakeholders
  • Experience with micro learning and resource-based learning platforms
