Reporting directly to the Lead Solution Engineer FBL (France, Belgium, Luxembourg) based in Paris, this job is an opportunity for you to participate in the growth of the FBL region by providing quality technical design, clear advice/guidance and close integration follow-up for prospects. You will be part of an expanding new team and you’ll work closely with the FBL Sales Team based in Paris to expand this market.
The missions
Provide technical and functional expertise of our Product to our future customers.
Advise and propose the best workflow, integration for the prospects’ business and needs
Analyse, follow and document the customer’s implementation
Be reactive and efficient on customer requests
Provide technical and functional workshops
Be responsible for the client’s clean implementation when the prospect goes live.
Understand and detect market trends, emerging technical needs and future business challenges of our prospects and escalate them to the teams in charge of the roadmap
Identify any recurring issues, opportunities for Product or process improvement and report them to the other internal teams
Be the voice of the customer during internal meetings on the ongoing and forecoming projects.
Follow-up and inform our prospects of new features or future evolution of our Product
Create a trustful, long-lasting and positive client experience
Previous experience working in Presales engineer and/or customer service
2/3+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS industry
You are a creative problem solver
You are analytic and know how to anticipate and adapt
You are proactive, curious, rigorous, responsive;
You’re a team player;
You have a thorough understanding of how a REST API works (MUST HAVE) and you are confident with web, mobile and back-end logic.
You know how web coding works, even if you don’t have to code yourself;
Languages:
Fluent in French
B2 English level
