Reporting to the English Regional Manager, you will have 4 primary sales roles:

1. Prospection (15%)

• Identify and manage a comprehensive list of prospects

2. Lead calling / Follow-up (50%)

• Contact, qualify, propose, and close contracts from a prospection list

3. Contracts (20%)

• Create, send, and follow up with new partnership contracts

4. Account Creation / Management (15%)

• Assist in the creation of new partner accounts by preparing all necessary documentation to be
  finalized by the integration team and maintaining account updates

1. You speak English C2 with excellent writing/grammar skills
2. 0 - 1 year of experience in sales experience including lead calling, prospecting
3. You have no problem calling people from different countries, negotiating, and representing Manawa globally
4. You possess strong attention to detail and organization skills
5. You can navigate multiple tasks and programs on a computer efficiently
6. You are motivated and proactive
7. You are curious and aware of new trends in the travel/tourism industry
8. You enjoy working with a team and get along with others easily
9. You love outdoor sports, adventure, and travel

Bonus points:

1. You speak either French, German, or/and a Scandinavian language
2. Knowledge of Central Europe
