Descriptif du poste

Missions :

  • Use a multi channel sourcing approach to identify and contact A-players across the product spectrum (data, design, engineering, product, etc.)
  • Assessing candidates, ensuring their qualifications, ambitions and culture match with Malt
  • Guide candidates through the interview process
  • Guarantee the best candidate experience
  • For successful candidates you will coordinate their arrival and onboarding
  • Collaborate with the other TA Managers and tech leads to build our employer branding across events and social media
  • Using data appropriately, we are KPI driven team, you will follow rigorously your pipeline of candidates and make sure your candidate NPS is great

Profil recherché

About you :

  • At least three years experience in recruitment, ideally in a scale up with a focus on engineers
  • Deep understanding of the IT landscape, you are comfortable having deep conversations with anyone in a scale-up product team
  • Proven ability to manage multi channel sourcing campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Github…)
  • Comfortable negotiating and closing candidates
  • Curious, team player
  • Fluent english and french
