Over the next 3 years we will scale from 250 to 1000 employees. The Talent Acquisition coordinator will support and improve our ability to attract the best talents and ensure the best candidate experience with Malt. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, your missions include: 

About the role :

  • Prepare job descriptions that reflect the role and the cultureEnsure job offers are published on relevant job boards and updated regularly
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers
  • Ensure Lever (our ATS) is used properly, train Malters as needed
  • Prepare reports on TA metrics (e.g. number of hires, time to recruit, source of hire, etc) via Excel
  • Constantly improve the candidate experience, from the moment they apply to the moment they start at Malt
  • Taking care of all our transfer needs
  • Helping the team in rebuilding recruitment processes for all the positions
  • About you :

  • Educated to degree level with experience in project management, HR or recruitment
  • Comfortable working with an Applicant Tracking System and job boards
  • Excel doesn’t have any secrets for you
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to build reports and analyze data to make recommendations
  • Fluent french and english
