- Build up a network of experienced freelancers and expand it continuously, both by telephone and by participating in meet-ups, trade fairs, etc.

- Cultivate the team spirit that reflects the values of Malt: care, ambition, joy, autonomy

- Manage the recruiting process and anticipate the recruiting needs of the sourcing department

- Work with sales, operations, and product teams to improve tools and processes

- Be the voice of freelancers and customers to improve Malt products and services

- Become an expert on the various freelance professions and customer needs to set sourcing priorities and train all salespeople on best practices

- Identify the right profiles of freelancers to launch projects with targeted acquisition linked to community management and sales

- Offer freelancers and customers the best experience and bind them to Malt in the long term-
