About the role:

As a (Senior) Field Marketing Manager DACH (m/w/d) in Munich or Berlin you will be responsible for the marketing plan for Germany and you will be a critical link between the local German sales teams and the central marketing & communication team in Paris.  You will report to the General Manager for Germany and the central Head of Growth.

Your missions

  • You plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
  • You partner with the relevant central marketing teams (Growth, Communications, Product Marketing or Brand) to create local campaigns, focus on demand generation as well as on numbers while having a deep understanding of our brand and product.
  • You establish the events calendar (both digital and physical) and marketing campaigns, taking into account pipeline objectives and go-to-market strategies as well as organizing these events while leveraging central resources as needed.
  • You are in charge of orchestrating the sales and marketing teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal (regular Marketing & Sales alignment meetings, quarterly business reviews, work closely with sales leadership).
  • You also work closely with central Content and Communications teams: provide feedback on local issues and trends to shape the content strategy, and leverage PR/Social and thought leadership initiatives for your demand generation activities.
  • You own the country marketing budget and KPI dashboard, update marketing and sales teams on progress regularly and analyze the results, metrics as well as reports to determine effectiveness of program activities.
  • About you

  • Minimum of 5/6 years of professional b2b marketing experience with focus on demand generation and growth activities (paid and organic) as well as a qualified degree (Bachelor/Master) - preferably in the tech industry and an organization that has already scaled.
  • Deep understanding of growth KPIs (paid and organic) and supporting complex customer journeys and interacting effectively with large sales teams.
  • Superior project management skills as you will be working on six projects at once in a fast-paced environment and will need to be autonomous and a high comfort level with a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience and ease with the following tools: Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.), Livestorm (or other digital event platform), etc. Of course we have a marketing ops team in charge of the tools, but you need to have enough comfort level with marketing tech to be autonomous.
  • Capacity to structure your role: you need to have enough experience in a similar role to know how to structure your projects  and objectives - and do this while other functions are getting off the ground as well.
  • Willingness and desire to travel within Germany and occasionally to Paris
  • Passion for your job, an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to work in a real scale-up company
  • Fluent in German and English
