About the role

Malt Netherlands is increasing its sales department, has great objectives to achieve and needs your help! As part of the Sales team, you will collaborate with the (Key) Account Managers so they can do their tasks smoothly and can focus their time on taking care of our clients.

You will also collaborate with our Operation team to set up all the tools and knowledge necessary for our Sales Team to perform incredibly well, and with our Marketing team to generate leads. 

As a sales support, you will report directly to the Head of Business Development.

Your responsibilities:

- Support the Sales team members in all administrative issues related to our clients: contracts, invoicing, payments, homologations 

- Help the Key Account Managers with the prospection of new clients, coordinating different tools like LinkedIn, scraping tools,CRM, email campaigns automation 

- For some opportunities, you're in charge of the matching process: identifying freelancers, calling them and selling them the projects

- Prepare Clients meeting (news about the company, the prospect...) and if attending, taking minutes of the meeting

- Create documentation about processes & playbooks

- Build sales action plans for major accounts (map the challenges and current events of an account, define the key decision-makers and the associated conquest actions) 

- You will moderate and qualify customers by gathering relevant information (project seriousness, size of the structure, sector, needs, stakes...)

- You will prospect for new clients using our different tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesloft and our CRM...)

Your profile

  • Last year Bachelor or Master student, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or relevant
  • Available for 16 - 20 hours per week (hours can be allocated in a flexible schedule)
  • Any previous sales experience is a big plus
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken
  • Commercially driven
  • Native Dutch speaker
  • Working level on English
  • Organised, attention to detail, proactive, team member
  • Our Recruitment process

  • First you will meet Arno, Talent Manager Benelux to get to know each other (30 minutes)
  • Afterwards an interview with members of the Sales team to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45 minutes)
  • Then, you will meet the Head of Sales of your department
