YOUR MISSIONS :

Growing rapidly, Malt is looking for someone with the ambition to join the Key Account Managers team. The goal is to develop prospecting and commercial support for large accounts while promoting and promoting the benefits of Malt.

The teams are divided into Business Unit (energy, health, industry …), joining one of them:

  • You will be required to build key account commercial action plans (map the issues and news of an account, define key decision-makers and associated conquest actions)
  • You will prospect new customers thanks to our different tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, and our CRM …) to get telephone appointments
  • You will help in the preparation of client meetings, by identifying key information about the potential client. You will thus have to define the objectives and key messages to convey
  • It is by participating in business meetings that you will identify customer needs
  • You will participate in pre-sales and take action to win business (discussions with our sourcing department to identify the best freelancers on a need, freelance coaching for auditions, customer discussions)
  • Freelancers are also our clients! You will have to make sure that their missions go well, you will be able to visit them physically with the KAM to create a link and better understand the organization and the functioning of the client with whom he is on mission
  • For clients with many freelancers on assignment (+ 10), you can organize events to federate and animate the group with the help of KAM
  • Our product and our processes evolve very quickly in co-construction with our customers: you will therefore be able to propose product improvements thanks to the customer feedbacks that you will have obtained

Being a KAM trainee at Malt means supporting your manager in his daily actions thanks to real teamwork while becoming autonomous by developing your own client portfolio. At the same time, you will be able to invest in internal projects thanks to your strength of proposal.


Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE:

✅ So far you have recognized yourself, so apply if:

  • You are in business school or similar training and are looking for a 6-month internship
  • You already have an experience in a sales department
  • You are very proactive, organized and responsible, you know how to work in total autonomy
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to establish quality relationships with your contacts: clients and freelancers
  • A good level of English is essential to be able to communicate with an international team
