About the role

As Malt is growing and scaling we are looking for motivated individuals to join our Freelance Performance team. This team mission is to identify and activate the talented independents that our clients are most interested in. This team is the spearhead of our growth strategy towards our community of freelancers, and lays out the first steps of successful collaborations for these individuals.
