About the role

As Field Marketing Manager for France you will be responsible for the marketing plan for France and will be a critical link between the French sales teams and the marketing & communication teams overall. You will be the reporter to the Head of Growth.

As a Field Marketing Manager, your missions will be

  • Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
  • Partner with the relevant central marketing teams (Growth, Communications, Product Marketing or Brand) to create local demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns covering all our business in France (including existing regional BU - Lyon - and newly launched - Bordeaux and Nantes)
  • Establish the calendar of events (both digital and physical) and marketing campaigns, taking into account pipeline objectives and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Organize digital and traditional events, leveraging central resources as needed.  In charge of alignment with sales teams.  Works closely with sales leadership to establish the local marketing plan, hold quarterly business reviews, and participate in sales meetings on a weekly basis. 
  • Work closely with Content and Communications team: provide feedback on local issues and trends to shape content strategy, and leverage PR/Social and thought leadership initiatives for your demand generation activities. 
  • Localise sales enablement tools (such as the corporate sales presentation.) 
  • Own country marketing budget and KPI dashboard and regularly updates marketing and sales teams on progress. 
  • Analyse results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities.
  • Preferred experience

  • 4 to 6 years of b2b marketing experience preferably in the tech industry, and preferably in an organization that has already scaled - we are at the stage where we need people to bring some processes and structure. 
  • Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams (meaning you are assertive and persuasive enough). 
  • Superior project management skills as you will be working on six projects at once in a fast-paced environment and will need to be autonomous. 
  • High comfort level with a fast-changing environment.
  • Capacity to structure your role - this is a job creation so you need to have enough experience in a similar role to know how to structure your missions and objectives, and do this while other functions are getting off the ground as well. 
  • French native speaker and highly fluent in English.
  • Experience and ease  with the following tools : Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.), Livestorm (or other digital event platform), etc. Of course we have a marketing ops team in charge of the tools, but you need to have enough comfort level with marketing tech to be autonomous.
