The Talent Acquisition team, led by Elisa, partners closely with the business to help Malt, and the people who work here grow. Today there are 15 people dedicated to talent acquisition and 10 people working on internal HR topics. We are looking for a Campus Manager to join the team to engage with key schools in EMEA.

As Campus Manager, your mission will be

This is a unique experience to work in an international environment, with different teams in a growing scale up. This position will be a strategic one for our international expansion: working and recruiting fresh grades at an European level. We use tools and processes to be efficient, but you will have to think outside the box to be successful. The team is waiting for you, to support you but also to listen to your ideas.
