The Talent Acquisition team, led by Elisa, partners closely with the business to help Malt, and the people who work here grow. Today there are 15 people dedicated to talent acquisition and 10 people working on internal HR topics. We are looking for a Campus Manager to join the team to engage with key schools in EMEA.

As Campus Manager, your mission will be

  • Co-define with the TA Team our Campus Management strategy in EMEA 
  • Maintain a dynamic relationship with top schools: on & off line events, innovative projects integrated in school curriculums, etc.
  • Create event in partnership with our Employer Brand Specialist to attract interns and fresh grades
  • Make Malt a top of mind brand for new job seekers by animating our policy in favor of work-study programs (internship, etc)
  • Redefining the recruitment strategy for interns and fresh grades
  • Follow-up on interns’ performance and coordinate their hiring conversion into permanent positions
  • This is a unique experience to work in an international environment, with different teams in a growing scale up. This position will be a strategic one for our international expansion: working and recruiting fresh grades at an European level. We use tools and processes to be efficient, but you will have to think outside the box to be successful. The team is waiting for you, to support you but also to listen to your ideas.

    Preferred experience

  • Master degree in HR or Communication
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position : HR or Event
  • Solid languages skills / prefered experience in an international environnement
  • Credible and reliable, the foundations of being a trusted advisor
  • Optimistic mindset, you are not afraid of problems but you bring solutions to the table as well

  • Our recruitment process

  • Screening with Hélène, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with your future manager, Elisa, our Head of Talent Acquisition, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • Home assignment to prepare and present in order to evaluate your hard skills with Elisa, the current Campus Manager
  • Final interview with Richard, our Chief People Officer, to discuss Malt’s long term vision

    - Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, you’ll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other onboardees at our office in Paris
