You will create new relationships with startups and medium-sized companies with a technological focus / digital, understanding Malt’s business model and the added value of working with freelancers and (specifically) with Malt. You will develop a strategic approach to identify and prospect new clients/ partnerships that can bring value to Malt, while also getting qualified meetings with stakeholders of large companies already managed by the Key Account Managers of the region. We are looking for a partner who enjoys the challenges, who has enthusiasm and high communication skills to establish business relationships and with the team. In Malt we are in rapid growth and constant change, and after 5 years in Madrid, Malt has decided to land 2023 in Barcelona. The impact of your work will be key to the success of the company at a regional level.

the mission as intern will be to support the team and

  • Prospecting and development of a portfolio of startups and medium-sized companies with a consultative sales mentality.
  • Prospect and get qualified meetings with a portfolio of large accounts from your fellow Key Account Managers.
  • Help customers in the region find the best freelancers for their needs and improve their internal efficiency.
  • Preferred experience:

  • You are native Spanish and Catalán speaker. 
  • You are studying at a business school or similar and are looking for a 6-month internship.
  • You already have experience in a sales department.
  • You are very proactive, organised and responsible, you know how to work in total autonomy.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish quality relationships with clients and freelancers. 
  • English is necessary to communicate with our English-speaking colleagues and our international clients.
