👪 About the Assessment Strategy & Content team

You will be joining a team of 3 people composed of Paul-Louis, Laetitia and Mathilde and you will have the chance to collaborate with everyone at Maki.

The three of us are working on Maki’s incredible test library meaning:

  • Defining market’s needs regarding jobs in order to provide companies with tests they need
  • Finding great topic experts and collaborating with them to create outstanding tests and enrich Maki’s library
  • Support our makers while they are creating their tests (e.g providing them with clear guidelines, answering their questions, checking their progress, and making sure we land on the best possible test)
  • Working with user data to make sure our tests are relevant, and working with the Customer care and Onboarding teams to stay close to our clients’ needs.
  • Helping Maki’s users by creating content to match customers’ recruitment needs with our tests, and by helping them create custom questions to go further in the interview thanks to our own Question Bank.

We are also focused on delivering the best experience possible for all candidates who will visit our platform, meaning building on their feedback and needs to develop our platform and content in the right direction.

As Maki is gearing up for an even more exciting time, the Assessment Strategy & Content team will focus more and more on refining its processes and making them even more efficient.

Bringing our test library to life

  • Being the privileged contact of every expert working with us
  • Organizing internal and external test reviews to ensure the quality of our tests
  • Bringing our tests to life on our platform and improving them according to customers’ needs

Creating the most efficient process for test creation

  • Full autonomy to improve our processes as we are still a very young company (e.g, working on automation process, etc.)
  • Reflexion on the new processes we could create to gain efficiency and consistency
  • Definition of your own OKR and initiatives

Adding new features to our product to enhance candidate experience

  • Ensure our test library follows up the new features of our product (e.g. embedded test code)
  • Collaboration with the tech team to imagine new cool features to add to the product according to customers’ needs
  • Create test recommendations and a bank of custom question to help companies create the best assessment using all Maki’s features

Eventually as one of the early employee of Maki, you’ll be be able to shape the future of the team. We share as much ownership on the way we work and on the product itself as we can as we’re convinced our success is 99% due to our team.

Déroulement des entretiens

💫 Our process together

We want to offer the best candidate experience possible by letting everyone apply, ensuring that the process lasts ~3 weeks from the moment you get invited to the first step.

We provide feedback at each round to every candidate, either through our product or with a call from the hiring manager.

  • Step 1: A short assessment on Maki (~25mins) 📂

    This is the occasion for you to discover our product more in-depth and to demonstrate your fit, skills & motivation (~25mins)

  • Step 2: A deeper exploration of who you are (2x45mins) 👀

    If we believe you may be a good match, we’ll arrange two 45mins structured conversations with 2 members of the team to cover your experience, your soft skills and your questions

  • Whenever: 1-2 informal meetups

    Through the whole process, we will additionally let you to schedule a couple 30-minute informal meetings with a few employees. These meetings (online or IRL) will be a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our team, our motivations, and ask questions!

  • Step 3: Your offer 💌

    If we have a match, our founders will send an offer asap.

  • Step 4: Your onboarding 🧑‍🚀
