At Lydia, we want to build features and products which make complex things easier. This was Lydia’s first intention when it decided to make bank transfers easy and instant. This DNA remains the same while the mission of the company has evolved and has become much broader: Lydia is now providing a vast range of financial services to ease every single money-related action of our lives.
Credit
From our vast range of financial services, we for sure provide credit products to our users. Credit is essential to claim Lydia as a main current account and our goal is to cover 4 main use cases:
I want to know what my credit capacity is, in case I need money one day. Easy and playful experience for the curious in order to onboard them in CreditI did a large purchase and I want to split it with a maturity of my choice (3, 4, 6, 12 months)I am about to pay something but I don’t have enough money (or I don’t want to potentially lose money by taking money from my Life insurance or other investment) so I want to do an express loan from 100€ et 3000€I want to use my Lydia card with the “Credit Line” feature activated to automatically spread my purchase over time. What we call the famous “Buy Now Pay Later”Credit tools represent our 2nd most important source of revenues today and we are still nothing in today's large credit market. One of our missions and potentially yours is to see the Lydia app listed in the “Top 5 of credit tools” from any consumer websites (among Cetelem, Younited Credit, Sofinco…)
As part of the Product Team, you will work on a dedicated scope of features and with many teams of the company (data, legal, marketing, tech, operations…) to improve the value brought to users by your features.
